Christian and James are based at the School of Business and Economics, University of Exeter. Matt graduated from Exeter with a first class degree in Business and Management in July 2001. The empirical work from his dissertation provided the basis for the 'Myths of a Near Future' paper. James’ research focuses on the role and function of marketing in consumer culture. Christian’s research has no real focus at the moment but he seems to be writing rather a lot about authors whose name commences with B (Borges, Ballard, Banks, Barthes, Bakhtin). The potential significance of this worries him slightly.
